Built between decision and delivery.

I believe most problems inside a company are not talent problems. They are clarity problems. My job is to bring that clarity, shape it into a simple plan, and stay on the ground until the plan actually ships.

For the last few years I have worked between leadership and delivery. I take the goals a CEO cares about, translate them into systems, dashboards, and daily actions, and then push until the numbers move. I have done this across real estate, technology, and high volume operations.

I move fast, I use AI where it saves real money and time, and I measure everything. Give me a hard goal and I will build the path to reach it and own the result.

  • Built a ₹2 crore+ monthly booking platform and saved ₹11 lakh+ in recurring cost through in-house AI and web delivery.
  • Increased calls from 70 to 150+ daily via Ozonetel across 12 agents and 9 projects, and lifted message delivery from 30% to 70% in two days.
  • Led the Zoho migration, built a zero-recurring-cost DeepFilterNet3 app, and trained teams on Claude Skills, Cowork, and MCP.

  • Supported CEO and MD priorities with 10+ board presentations and 100+ channel-partner NPS interviews.
